Life or Career Coaching

Identify your goals & achieve them

We work with clients who are good at what they do but seek to raise themselves to the next level. Are you ready to become an entrepreneur? Are you ready to move from an average employee to the top? Are you struggling with a relationship? It may just be all of the above. After we help you discover what you want, we'll work together to find the best way to achieve it. We custom design a program that will change your life. We have proven success. Let's start with an in-depth Zoom to see if it's a fit.

Passion for People Seminars

In these mini seminars, you will be challenged to see your world through a different lens. We will explore how we are all interconnected. Participants will learn how racism, gender, sexuality, and oppression, all overlap and in many cases serve to harm marginalized communities. A deeper understanding of this reality from a historical and practical perspective is paramount for a more just society. You will be better equipped to address the tensions we currently face in our society.

Classes are limited to 12 participants for optimal learning. Please contact us to customize a training for your organization.

Length of Seminars - Two, 90-minute virtual classes. There is an expectation that work is done between classes.
Class Sizes are kept small for optimal discussion opportunities.

Seminars offered

- Intersectionality: We will explore how so many micro and macro aggressions are foundational in not seeing a whole person. Each person has their own experience that we must be taught to see. The student will be taught to see the entirety of another, making them a stronger advocate in the fight for justice.

- What About Reparations?: Reparations for the harms done to African Americans in the United States has been ignored, undercut, underfunded, sidelined, and denied, when so many other cultures and races of people have been offered repair. Students will explore how reparations has been offered others and ways in which we can deepen our understanding of what reparations are.

- The Immigrant Experience: Students will explore the hows and whys of the immigrant experience. We don't have a border problem. We have a USA supremacy problem. Power and Greed are at its core. Students will hear from voices of hope.

- Colors of Art: Margaret Wolfe Hungerford is coined with the phrase, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Students will explore art, music, architecture, and film through the eyes of people of the global majority, and how these different art forms have shaped cultures of the people but has been left out of the definition of mainstream art forms.

- Implicit Bias: This seminar introduces participants to insights about how our minds function while gaining an understand of the origins of implicit associations. Participants will find their own biases and learn strategies for addressing them.
